Tony Lynch FNAEA
Managing Director

Tony has lived in Woking since 1970. He has been married for 22 years and has two great children. He is very much at the helm of the business and enjoys meeting people and assisting them in their property move. During the last 25 years he has helped thousands of people move house. He hopes that you will always find an understanding, professional and experienced approach at Lynch & Company.

Jonathan Phipps
Woking Office Manager

Jonathan, although new to estate agency, has grown up in the area and was educated through all 3 of the local Horsell schools. Bringing with him a business degree and 7 years of catering experience, rich in customer relations, he is now starting out in this new career. So far Jonathan has enjoyed this new experience and is developing a new found desire for selling homes and building on local knowledge. A career in selling has always been on the agenda for Jonathan who has previously worked in recruitment. As a keen sportsman he helped to manage his church football team to the trophy last season and hopes to build on those successes this year.

Mark Stanbridge
Sales Executive

Mark has lived in Horsell all his life and knows the area well.  After completing his business course at Woking College he began employment with Lynch & Company and has not looked back.  Mark has been with the company for four years and has received excellent training, developing him into the outstanding agent he is now. Mark has probably tried just about every sport at one time or another in his life, but now manages to restrict himself to just playing hockey for Woking Hockey Club.

Ben Fleet
Sales Executive

Ben has lived in the Woking area all of his life and has a very good knowledge of the area.  He began his career in residential lettings and made the transfer to estate agency in 2005.  Ben has a passion for the property market and since joining Lynch & Company has settled into a great team environment with the motivation and determination for great success.  Outside of work he enjoys a number of sports, especially golf.  Ben married in 2004 and lives with his wife on the outskirts of Woking.

Chris Lynch
Sales Assistant

Chris has always lived in Woking and has a good knowledge of the area.  He is interested in business and selling and has found a brilliant job which he looks forward to coming into in the morning. He is keen on many sports, especially weight lifting, and is always up for a challenge. Chris greatly enjoys estate agency and looks forward to a future in the company and to serving clients to the best of his ability.

Gwen de Bruyn
Secretary/Administrator

Gwen was born in South Africa and relocated to England in 1999 with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys travelling, nature, the arts, theatre and interior decorating.  Originally trained as an art teacher, she has had a varied career including secretarial and PA positions, new business ventures and property management.  Gwen joined Lynch & Company in 2006 as part time sales negotiator and later as secretary to the vibrant and successful Woking sales team.

William Veats
Horsell Manager

William grew up in Woking and has lived in the area all of his life, so has a very good understanding of the town. William comes from the service industry and will use his customer care skills, with determination to generate success for our clients and him self. Outside of work he enjoys athletics and competes in many local races which includes trying to gain entry to the London Marathon every year! William has been married for 9 years and has 2 beautiful children.

Tim Brown
Sales Executive

Tim grew up in and around Woking and attended both the Horsell village schools. After finishing his studies Tim decided to pursue a career in retail management where he enjoyed providing great customer service. He joined Lynch & Company for a fresh challenge and to use the customer focused skills he has built up over the last 10 years. Having moved house at least 12 times Tim is very aware of the adventure that moving house can be. Outside of work Tim enjoys playing his guitar and searching for bargains on ebay. Tim got married in 2005 and lives with his wife in Sandhurst.

Pauline Bantel
Secretary/Administrator

Pauline has lived in the Woking area all her life.  She has hands-on experience in all aspects of the estate agency business having filled the roles of sales negotiator, sales progressor and latterly PA to the Managing Director and administrator, adapting with the demands of the profession and a growing business.  She considers customer care of prime importance and interacts with the public with finesse, honesty and compassion.  Pauline is married with three adult children who also live in the Woking area.

Stephanie Draper
Sales Executive

Stephanie moved to Horsell as a teenager and attended school and college in Horsell and Woking , continuing her studies in Kingston-upon-Thames. Stephanie decided to join the team on a part time basis  as she knows the area very well, enjoys meeting the public and benefits from gaining a greater understanding of the property market.
