Marketing Approach

Step 1
When we commence the marketing of your property the first step we take is to telephone our current register of buyers to introduce them to your home and the accommodation it provides. This approach to our buyers is made prior to property details being printed and before our advertising commences. Hopefully this will achieve initial viewings from buyers who understand how quickly or slowly you need to move home.

Step 2
You will then receive a draft set of your property particulars with the request for you to approve, sign and return to us. We may also request copies of any documentation you have relating to the Freehold/Leasehold on your home, service agreements, guarantees or proof of maintenance or ground rent.

Step 3
Your property particulars will then be circulated to our buyers showing photographs, measurements and, if agreed, a floorplan as well as a written summary of the accommodation. This will help to back up our initial telephone calls advising our buyers of the sale of your property.

Step 4
Your home will then be advertised in the local media (Property Weekly/Woking Review). Some properties have the opportunity of a written editorial being produced, in addition to our block advertising, but this is at the newspaper’s discretion. We will also erect a ‘For Sale’ board with your permission and present a photographic display in our High Street office window.

These four steps may take a number of days or could be longer or shorter depending on your particular property.

Working hours
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6.15pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.30pm.
